Delivery Policy

UK Deliveries will normally be made within 3-5 working days of receiving the order and payment subject to stock availability, postage option selected, and demand. Postage charges apply and charges will be detailed at point of order. These delivery charges will not be refunded if you cancel or return your order unless the product is faulty or does not fit the description given. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form.

Goods sold by Student Groups and Societies will usually be offered for collection, details of which will be provided at time of ordering. Any enquiries relating to items ordered from Student Groups and Societies should be directed to the relevant committee member as detailed on their Guild Profile Page. Purchase

Each item will be charged at the stated price plus the appropriate P&P cost as detailed on the website and all promotional material, relative to the postage destination. A receipt email will be sent upon completion of your order. Please check all details – if there is anything missing from your order or any details are incorrect, please email us immediately at guildshop@exeterguild.com. Failure to advise us of any errors within 24 hours of receipt of the confirmation will result in you still being liable for the full cost of the items.

Postage

The charges for postage and packaging are added to the cost of the item and are necessary for us to dispatch your garment to you. There are three charges – UK, Europe and International. Should you order more than one garment the postage and package charge will reflect this.

Collection

Items can be collected from the Students’ Guild Shop on Streatham Campus during opening hours. This will come at no extra cost.
